Barista & farmer 2015
In 2015, Mangooo had the incredible opportunity to be one of the selected baristas to join the Barista & Farmer event in Honduras. This unique experience allowed him to immerse himself in the heart of a coffee-producing country, where he lived and worked side by side with local coffee farmers. Together, they picked ripe coffee cherries and experimented with various processing methods to understand how each step influences the flavor profile of the final cup. This hands-on journey deepened his appreciation for every stage of coffee production and the hard work of those who cultivate it, transforming how he approaches his craft as a coffee brewer.
